dbLink for ACT! 

dbLink allows you quickly and easily link external databases (such as Access, dBase, SQL, Excel, Oracle, etc. ) to your ACT! databases. The records in these databases and be filtered to correspond to each of your Contacts, Groups or Companies uniquely. You can also easily exchange data between ACT and the external database by mapping fields that you select.
